Hi Ravi,

I did do a carb up. From Friday afternoon to Sunday evening I would get in about 3,000 calories a day of mostly carbs. From Monday to Friday I would try and eat about 25% Protein and virtually no carbs. Under 10 grams of carbs a day.

So with this diet, did you have a carb up period? If you did, when was it? If you did carb up, how were the ratios changed? How much carbs did you have vs protein? Do you have same menu on your Keto days and on your carb up day?
