I didn’t find it surprising or confusing. You do have to take your time though and make sure you read everything closely.

Someone who can put themselves in someone else's point of view. I'm not sure how they determine that from a resume. I've had a few friends apply and so far I'm the only one to have been hired.

These friends of mine I thought would have been exactly what Google was looking for. Maybe they have too many people to pick from now.
